SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1990.

AN ACT concerning

St. Mary's College Board of Trustees - Student Member

FOR the purpose of adding a student member to the St. Mary's College of Maryland
Board of Trustees; establishing the term of the student member; and prohibiting
the student member from participating in certain activities.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

14-202.

(a) The government of St. Mary's College of Maryland is vested in the Board of
Trustees of St. Mary's College of Maryland.

(b) (1) The Board of Trustees consists of [15] 16 members appointed by the
Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate.
