FROM ANY OTHER STATE FUNDS THAT WOULD OTHERWISE BE PAID TO
THE PUBLIC LIBRARY.

(3) FOR PURPOSES OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE
ACT, AN APPEAL TAKEN UNDER THIS SECTION IS NOT A CONTESTED
CASE.

(D) ANY REIMBURSEMENTS WHICH RESULT FROM AUDITS UNDER
THIS SECTION:

(1) SHALL BE APPLIED FIRST TO REIMBURSE THE AGENCY
FOR THE EXPENSES OF THE AUDITS; AND

(2) AFTER REIMBURSEMENT TO THE AGENCY UNDER ITEM (1)
OF THIS SUBSECTION, SHALL BE CREDITED TO THE GENERAL FUND.

Article 73B - Pensions

89.

All of the assets of the retirement system shall be credited according to the
purpose for which they are held to one of three funds, namely, the Annuity Savings
Fund, the Accumulation Fund, and the Expense Fund.

(2) (g) Whenever an audit of the records of a school system, public library, or
educational institutipn reveals that the system, library, or institution owes money to the
Accumulation Fund of the Teachers' Retirement System, any delinquent payment may
be collected by the [Division of Social Security] DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION
MARYLAND STATE RETIREMENT AGENCY in the manner set forth in [§
39(e)(2) of this article] §§ 5-202.1, 16-403.3, AND 23-403.1 OF THE EDUCATION
ARTICLE for recovery of delinquent social security payments.

150.

All of the assets of this pension system shall be credited, according to the purpose

(iii) The Expense Fund.
