(a) (3) (ii) This special accrued liability contribution shall be determined by
an actuarial valuation of the special accrued liability, on account of the employees of
the participating corporation who elect to become members, on the basis of the
entry-age actuarial cost method and any other assumptions adopted by the Board of
Trustees of the Maryland State Retirement and Pension Systems. This special accrued
liability contribution shall be payable in addition to the accrued liability contribution
payable as determined in [§ 157D of this subtitle] THIS SECTION.

Article 78B - Racing Commission

The Commission shall meet at such times and places within the State of Maryland
as the Commission shall determine. The members shall be entitled to their expenses for
each meeting attended, in accordance with the [standard travel regulations]
STANDARD STATE TRAVEL REGULATIONS. A majority of the commissioners
shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of any business, for the performance of
any duty, or for the exercise of any power of the Commission. The Commission shall
make an annual report to the Secretary of Licensing and Regulation on or before the
first day of March, which report shall include a statement of receipts and disbursements
by the Commission, and any additional information and recommendations which the
Commission may deem of value.
