SECTION 19-7(d)(3) TO FURTHER DEFINE WHO IS TO BE NOTIFIED BY
MAIL WHEN A PUBLIC HEARING IS REQUIRED AND TO ENACT SECTION
19-7(d)(4) FAILURE TO RECEIVE NOTICE SHALL NOT IMPAIR THE
VALIDITY OF THE HEARING.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 62 of the Wicomico County Code, titled
"PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION" by amending Section 62-1 titled
"Repealer; reenactment" by amending Section 62-2, titled "Creation"; by repealing
and reenacting Section 62-4, titled "Members appointed; Chairman"; by repealing
Section 62-5, titled "Authorization"; by repealing and reenacting Section 62-6, titled
"Legal counsel"; and by adding Section 62-7, titled "Establishment of Department of
Planning, Zoning and Community Development";

WHEREAS, the Wicomico County Council deems it advisable to amend the
aforesaid Chapter and Sections of the Wicomico County Code in order to better provide
for the orderly development of the county, and to better provide for the health, safety
and welfare of the citizens of Wicomico County;

AN ACT to amend Chapter 196 of the Wicomico County Code, titled
"Stormwater Management" by adding Section 196-7.1, to be titled "Surety by owner or
Developer."

WHEREAS, upon the recommendation of the Wicomico County Department of
Public Works, it appears advisable to amend the aforesaid Section 196 of the Wicomico
County Code to provide assurance of the completion of required stormwater
management facilities in developments in Wicomico County:

"BUILDING CONSTRUCTION", by renumbering certain Sections of the Chapter
indicated thereon, and making certain amendments to the contents thereof, also as
