By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-C-l "Residential Zones, One-family"

Section 59-C-l.31 "Land Uses"

Section 59-G-2.23 "Funeral parlors or undertaking establishments"
