COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

(7) provide that certain members of the retirement system are eligible for a
minimum service-connected disability benefit in the amount of a certain percentage of
final earnings;

(8) alter provisions related to the County disability retirement program,
including eligibility requirements;

(9) provide full vesting for certain members of the retirement system after a
certain number of years of credited service and transition rules for returning former
members; and

(10) generally amend the County employees' retirement system.
