AN ACT to:

(1) prohibit the [[operation]] sale, offer for sale, or use of certain leaf blowers
: that exceed certain noise standards after a certain date subject to certain exceptions;

(2) [[require that retailers who sell certain leaf blowers provide certain notice to
i consumers]] authorize the director of the department of environmental protection to
adopt certainTegulations under certain circumstances and allow the department to take
i certain enforcement measures; and

(3) generally amend the noise control law as it relates to leaf blowers.
