AN EMERGENCY ACT to:

[[(1) provide an administrative review procedure for employees whose positions
are downgraded as the result of an individual position classification study;]]

[[(2) provide an administrative review procedure for employees whose class has
been reallocated to a lower grade as the result of a job evaluation review of an
occupational class;]]

[[(3) provide that the administrative review procedure is only available to those
employees whose grades are reduced as a result of implementation of adjustments to
the quantitative job evaluation system; and]]

(1) provide for limited administrative review of a classification action resulting
from implementation of adjustments to the quantitative job evaluation system for
certain occupational classes; anH

[[(4)]] (2) generally amend County Personnel law regarding classification.
