AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 1A of Bill No. 88-48;
to extend the renewal of the nonexclusive cable television franchise for Multiview Cable
Corporation, doing business as Comcast Cablevision of Harford County, for a period of
five (5) years; to incorporate the terms of an amended section of the franchise renewal
agreement into this Act; to make this Act contingent on the taking effect of Bill No.
89-4 and the signing of the amended franchise renewal agreement.

Effective Date June 6, 1989.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Subsection A, of Section
109-22, heading, Regulation of Disposal; Fees; and Subsection B, of Section 109-23,
heading, Violations and Penalties, of Article II, heading, Out-of-County Waste
Disposal, of Chapter 109, heading, Environmental Control, of the Harford County
Code, as amended; to provide for a payment disposal fee at any disposal facility or
resource recovery facility operated by or under contract for or on behalf of Harford
County to be established pursuant to rules and regulations promulgated by the
Department of Public Works.

Effective Date June 12, 1989.

AN EMERGENCY ACT to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section 2 of_;
Bill Number 88-26, as enacted by the County Council of Harford County on June 14, i
1988; to extend the suspension of zoning reclassification requests filed under Section
267-12 of the Harford County Code through August 18, 1989.

Effective Date April 20, 1989.
