Pressurized Paint Spray Cans

For the purpose of prohibiting the sale, exchange, gift, loan, or possession of
pressurized paint spray cans to persons if done with intent to induce or knowledge that
same will be used to deface, damage, injure or unlawfully apply the spray substance to
personal or real property, without the consent of the owner.
