Cable Television

FOR the purpose of establishing new requirements for cable television franchises
granted or renewed on and after February 1, 1989; providing for the granting,
renewal, transfer, and termination of franchises; establishing financial and
insurance requirements, system design and construction requirements,
construction and technical standards, and service requirements; providing for
consumer protection; requiring reports, records, and inspections; providing for
franchise violations and dispute resolutions; and generally relating to cable
television franchises granted on and after February 1, 1989.

BY adding

Article 13, §§1-103 and 5-101 through 5-1506
Anne Arundel County Code (1985, as amended)
