CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. 001-89

A RESOLUTION of the Commissioners of Poolesville adopted pursuant to the
authority of Article XI-E of the Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A
of the 1957 Annotated Code of Maryland (1987 Replacement Volume and 1988 Cum.
Supp.), title, "Corporations - Municipal", subtitle "Home Rule", to amend Section
82-3. title "Commissioners - Election; qualification; compensation; fees", of Part I of
the Poolesville Code, being part of the municipal charter of The Commissioners of
Poolesville to provide an additional qualification for the office of Commissioner of
Poolesville that a candidate for such office must be a registered voter of the
Commissioners of Poolesville.

found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed
and reenacted, with amendments.

CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. 004-89

A RESOLUTION of the Commissioners of Poolesville adopted pursuant to the
authority of Article XI-E of the Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A
of the 1957 Annotated Code of Maryland (1987 Replacement Volume and 1988 Cum.
Supp.), title, "Corporations - Municipal", subtitle "Home Rule", to add a new Section
82-24A, title "Restrictions on Use and Accounting of Development Impact Fee
Funds", to Part I of the Poolesville Code, being part of the municipal charter of The
Commissioners of Poolesville to restrict the use of development impact fee funds to the
purpose for which imposed and to require the establishment of a separate account for
each such development impact fee and adequate financial records for each such
account.

[Section 82-24A of the Charter of the Town of Poolesville, Montgomery County,
as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), added.
