CHARTER RESOLUTION AMENDMENT NO. 1989-1

Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of Ocean City, Maryland, adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the Constitution of Maryland, and Section
13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 edition as amended, to
amend the Charter of the Town of Ocean City, Maryland, by repealing and reenacting
with amendment Section C-410 of the Charter of the Town of Ocean City, Maryland.
This amendment shall have the effect of increasing the requisite votes of the City
Council to override a Mayoral veto.

[Section C-410 of the Charter of the Town of Ocean City, Worcester County, as
found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed
and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date March 28, 1989]

CHARTER RESOLUTION AMENDMENT NO. 1989-2

Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of Ocean City, Maryland, adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the Constitution of Maryland, and Section
13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 edition as amended, to
amend the Charter of the Town of Ocean City, Maryland, the amendment to be
entitled: Section C-411 "Referendum" by repealing and reenacting with amendment
a certain section of the Charter of the Town of Ocean City, Maryland. This amendment
shall have the effect of setting time periods for the referendum process.

[Section C-411 of the Charter of the Town of Ocean City, Worcester County, as
found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed
and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date August 8, 1989]
