A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF
HYATTSVILLE TO AMEND SECTIONS C4-4, C4-5, C4-6 AND C4-7 OF THE
CITY CHARTER FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONFORMING THE CITY CHARTER
TO THE STATE UNIVERSAL REGISTRATION ACT.

RESOLUTION NO. 2-89

A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF
HYATTSVILLE TO AMEND SECTIONS C4-8 AND C4-9 OF THE CITY
CHARTER FOR THE PURPOSE OF REPLACING THE MUNICIPAL
NOMINATING CONVENTION WITH A FILING SYSTEM.

Edition), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

INDIAN HEAD

RESOLUTION NO. 3-4-89

The Charter of the Town of Indian Head be amended by adding a new Section
147.11 to follow immediately after the legal description for the annexation providing for
the enlargement of the corporate boundaries of the Town of Indian Head by including
approximately 19.158 acres of land given as a gift by Joseph T. Leckert, Robert E.
Minton, and Thomas J. Offutt.

RESOLUTION NO. 3-5-89

The Charter of the Town of Indian Head be amended by adding a new Section
147.12 to follow immediately after the legal description for the annexation providing for
the enlargement of the corporate boundaries of the Town of Indian Head by including
the annexation of 3 parcels of land containing a total of approximately 24 acres of land.
