(1957 EDITION AND AMENDMENTS THERETO) TITLED "CORPORATIONS
—MUNICIPAL"; TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF HAVRE DE GRACE, MARYLAND, BY REPEALING AND
REENACTING SECTION 60 TO GRANT AN EXEMPTION TO MEMBERS OF
THE HAVRE DE GRACE AMBULANCE CORPS., INC. FROM REAL PROPERTY
TAXATION FOR CITY PURPOSES TO THE EXTENT OF THREE THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($3,000.00) OF ASSESSED VALUE.

found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed
and reenacted, with amendments.

ANNEXATION RESOLUTION NO. 1989-1

Of the Town of Hurlock to annex approximately .91 acres of land lying and
contiguous to the West side of the present corporate limits.

County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition).

Effective Date May 11, 1989]

ANNEXATION RESOLUTION NO. 1989-2

Be it resolved that a 34.236 acre parcel of land, owned by Sydney W. Andrews and
Dottie M. Andrews, description attached hereto and made a part hereof, shall be added
to the corporate boundaries of Hurlock, subject to the provisions of the Charter of the
Town of Hurlock.
