NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, ENACTED AND ORDAINED that
the Resolution relating to the Enlargment of Corporate Boundaries of Hagerstown,
Maryland; introduced on June 13, 1989, be and is hereby incorporated herein by
reference and is made a part hereof by reference; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, ENACTED AND ORDAINED as of August 1,
1989, that said Resolution is hereby adopted in whole as introduced; subject to the
provisions of Article 23A. Section 19 of the Annotated Code of Maryland.

ANNEXATION RESOLUTION NO. 13
(HARRELL PROPERTY)

A Resolution of the Mayor and Council of the Town of Hampstead to enlarge the
corporate boundaries of the Town of Hampstead by annexing thereto 2.1862 acres of
land more or less situate on the east side of a public alley south of Fairmount Road and
north of Upper Beckleysville Road in the Eighth Election District of Carroll County,
Maryland.
