A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GREENBELT,
MARYLAND, ADOPTED PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY OF ARTICLE XI-E
OF THE CONSTITUTION OF MARYLAND AND SECTION 13 OF ARTICLE 23A
OF THE ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND (1987 REPLACEMENT VOLUME
AND 1989 CUMULATIVE SUPPLEMENT) TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE
CITY OF GREENBELT (SET FORTH IN MUNICIPAL CHARTERS OF
MARYLAND, STATE DEPARTMENT OF LEGISLATIVE REFERENCE, 1983
EDITION, AS AMENDED), BY ENACTING A NEW SECTION 58A OF SAID
CHARTER GENERALLY RELATING TO FINANCING THE ACQUISITION OF
HISTORIC DISTRICT PROPERTY.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, ENACTED AND ORDAINED that
the Resolution relating to the Enlargment of Corporate Boundaries of Hagerstown,
Maryland; introduced on April 25, 1989, be and is hereby incorporated herein by
reference and is made a part hereof by reference; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, ENACTED AND ORDAINED as of June 13,
1989, that said Resolution is hereby adopted in whole as introduced; subject to the
provisions of Article 23A, Section 19 of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
