CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. CHA-89-2

A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COMMISSIONERS OF THE TOWN OF
CHURCH HILL, MARYLAND, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article HE of
the Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Coed of
Maryland (1957 Edition, as amended), to amend Section 516 entitled, "Tax
Anticipation Borrowing, Sale of Municipal Bonds or Notes" and Section 517 entitled,
"Payment of Indebtedness", and to add a new Section 517A entitled "Payment of
Indebtedness; Revenue Bonds".

County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition),
repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Section 517A of the Charter of the Town of Church Hill, Queen Anne's County,
