CHARTER AMENDMENT
ANNEXATION RESOLUTION 89-R-04

To extend and increase the corporate limits of the Town of Capitol Heights, County of
Prince George's County, State of Maryland, annexing thereto a certain tract of land
owned by the Walker Venture Limited Partnership which is contiguous and adjacent to
the existing corporate area.

[Section 2-0(j) of the Charter of the Town of Capitol Heights, Prince George's
County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition),
added.

Effective Date April 14, 1989]

CHARTER AMENDMENT
ANNEXATION RESOLUTION 89-R-07

To extend and increase the corporate limits of the Town of Capitol Heights, County of
Prince George's State of Maryland, annexing thereto a certain tract of land owned by
Woodward Industrial Park Joint Venture which is contiguous and adjacent to the
existing corporate area.

[Section 2-0(k) of the Charter of the Town of Capitol Heights, Prince George's
County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition),
added.

Effective Date August 29, 1989]

CHARTER AMENDMENT
RESOLUTION 89-15

To provide for universal registration between the Town of Capitol Heights and Prince
George's County, Maryland.

[Section(s) 21-0 and 22-0 of the Charter of the Town of Capitol Heights, Prince
George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983
Edition), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date January 30, 1990]

To coordinate the date Council and the Mayor take office so that their terms begin
simultaneously.
