Amendment to the Town of Berwyn Heights Charter, Chapter VI. Finance,
Section 609. Purchases, to alter the amount of certain expenditures for which
competitive bids must be solicited.

[Section 609 of the Charter of the Town of Berwyn Heights, Prince George's
County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition),
repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date February 1, 1990]
