Amendments to the Town of Berwyn Heights Charter, Chapter VI. Finance, to
advance the budget process by one month.

[Section(s) 602 and 604C of the Charter of the Town of Berwyn Heights, Prince
George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983
Edition), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date February 1, 1990]

Section 602.2 Over-Expenditure Prohibited, to make a stylistic change.
