[A.] The Treasurer shall be furnished an office in such place or places as the
County Commissioners may determine.

[B. On all taxes after the first day of October succeeding the day of their levy,
due and unpaid, interest shall be charged at the rate of two thirds of one percent (2/3
of 1%) per month.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1990.

AN ACT concerning

St. Mary's County - Master Electricians - Licensing

FOR the purpose of authorizing the St. Mary's County Board of Electrical Examiners to
specify examination and license fees; altering the manner in which applicants may
qualify for a license; altering the number of times an examination must be offered;
altering the application process; altering the date on which a license expires;
altering the renewal process; clarifying that a licensee whose license is inactive
need not maintain insurance; making certain technical corrections; clarifying
language; and generally relating to licensing master electricians in St. Mary's
County.
