EXECUTIVE ORDERS
STATE OF MARYLAND, BY VIRTUE OF THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN
A. General Policy. The State of Maryland is committed to developing and

(3) A representative of the Department of Personnel recommended by the

(5) A representative of the State Police recommended by the Secretary of
(6) A representative of the Governor's staff;
(7) A licensed Maryland physician;
(8) A licensed Maryland dentist;
(9) A licensed Maryland pharmacist;
(10) A licensed Maryland veterinarian;
(11) A licensed Maryland nurse practitioner;
(12) A licensed Maryland podiatrist;
(13) A representative of the health insurance industry;
(14) The Insurance Commissioner;
(15) A State's Attorney; and
(16) 3 members from the public-at-Jarge.
C. The Governor shall appoint a chair from among the members.
(1) The Commission shall make recommendations to the Secretary of
