EXECUTIVE ORDERS

(2) The composition of the Task Force shall fairly reflect the geographic
diversity of Maryland.

(3) The Governor shall appoint a Chairperson of the Task Force and the
following members:

(a) A member of the House of Delegates nominated by the Speaker
of the House;

(b) A member of the Senate nominated by the President of the
Senate;

(c) A member of the Housing Policy Commission;

(d) The Secretary of the Department of Housing and Community
Development, or a designee;

(e) The Secretary of the Department of Economic and Employment
Development, or a designee;

(f) The Director of the Office of Planning, or a designee;

(g) A representative of the Maryland Association of County officials;

(h) A representative of the Maryland Municipal League;

(i) A realtor;

(j) A mortgage banker;

(k) A homebuilder;

(1) A representative from the Urban Land Institute;

(m) Three representatives from the business community, including
one member nominated by the Greater Washington Board of Trade; one member
nominated by the Maryland Chamber of Commerce; and one member nominated by the
Greater Baltimore Committee; and

(n) Four employee representatives, including one representative
nominated by the AFL/CIO, and two local or state government employees.

(4) The Task Force shall meet at the times and places determined by the
Chairperson and shall complete its work by December 1, 1990.

(5) A member of the Task Force may not receive compensation, but is
entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the standard State travel regulations, as
provided in the State Budget.

(6) The Department of Housing and Community Development shall
provide staff assistance to the Task Force.

C. Scope of the Task Force. The Task Force shall:
