AN ACT concerning

State Board of Plumbing - Publication of State Plumbing Code

FOR the purpose of requiring the State Board of Plumbing to publish the State
Plumbing Code; authorizing the Board to charge a reasonable fee for the purchase
of copies of the Code; and generally relating to the publication of the State
Plumbing Code.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

12-205.

(D) THE BOARD SHALL:

(1) PERIODICALLY PUBLISH AN UPDATED VERSION OF THE
STATE PLUMBING CODE; AND

(2) MAKE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST OF ANY PERSON A COPY
OF THE STATE PLUMBING CODE FOR A REASONABLE FEE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1990.
