credit percentage for certain taxable years; authorizing a municipal corporation to
set or alter a certain homestead credit percentage for certain taxable years;
requiring certain notification to the Department under certain circumstances;
repealing a provision relating to a temporary phaseout of the homestead property
tax credit for certain homeowners; and generally relating to a program of property
tax credits for homeowners. requiring the Department to provide certain reports;
requiring the Department to alter a certain assessment notice by a certain date;
providing for the valuation of real property under certain circumstances; providing
for correction of certain cross-references rendered incorrect or; obsolete by this
Act; providing for the applicability of this Act; and generally relating to the
assessment and taxation of property in the State.
