supervisor may value income producing real property by using the capitalization of
income method or any other appropriate method of valuing the real property.
(2) FOR INCOME PRODUCING SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
REAL PROPERTY, THE SUPERVISOR SHALL MAY VALUE THE PROPERTY
BY USING THE SAME METHODS THAT ARE USED FOR SINGLE-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL REAL PROPERTY THAT IS OWNER-OCCUPIED.
(b) The supervisor shall notify each owner of income producing real property to
submit, under oath, on or before May 15 of each year, a current:
(1) income and expense statement for the real property, on the form that
the Department requires; or
(2) annual income and expense statement in another form that is
acceptable to the Department.
(c) Upon request, an extension of up to 30 days may be granted by the
supervisor for the filing required by subsection (b) of this section.
(d) The supervisor is not required to accept the expenses or depreciation
claimed by the owner and may use other methods to determine these amounts.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1990.

AN ACT concerning
Mental Hygiene Administration - Mentally 111 Individuals - Aftercare Plans
FOR the purpose of requiring certain aftercare plans to include certain information;
providing that aftercare plans for mentally ill individuals include residential, day,
clinical;—and case management services; providing that aftercare plans be
developed in collaboration with certain community programs and government
agencies; requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to implement
review certain aftercare plans, review and make a certain determination on
aftercare plans, and submit by a certain date each year a certain report; requiring
the Director of Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to establish a pilot
program through one or more of the core services being developed in the Mental
Hygiene Administration to assume responsibility—for—the—prevention—el
homelessness of mentally ill individuals demonstrate aftercare planning and
aftercare services; altering the definition of a certain term; and generally relating
to the development and implementation of certain aftercare plans for mentally ill
individuals by the Mental Hygiene Administration.
