Ch. 594 LAWS OF MARYLAND
(A) (1) THE SECRETARY SHALL APPOINT THE EXECUTIVE
(2) THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR SERVES AT THE PLEASURE OF
(B) THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR SHALL POSSESS A BROAD
(C) (1) THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR SHALL DEVOTE FULL TIME TO
(2) THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR MAY NOT HOLD ANY POSITION
(I) INTERFERES WITH THE POSITION OF EXECUTIVE
(II) MIGHT CONFLICT WITH THE POSITION OF EXECUTIVE
(3) WHILE EMPLOYED BY THE COMMISSION, THE EXECUTIVE
(I) BE LICENSED IN ANY STATE AS A REAL ESTATE
(II) ENGAGE IN ANY ACT FOR WHICH A LICENSE IS
(III) IN CONNECTION WITH ANY REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL
(D) THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR IS ENTITLED TO:
(1) COMPENSATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATE
(2) REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES UNDER THE STANDARD
(E) THE POSITION OF THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR IS NOT IN THE
(F) WHILE EMPLOYED AS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, THE EXECUTIVE
