and providing penalties for violation of the prohibition; defining certain terms;
exempting certain State employees from certain provisions of this Act
establishing classroom hours and examination requirements for State employees;
requiring certain State agencies to adopt standards for employees who perform-
real estate appraisals; conforming certain miscellaneous provisions of the
Annotated Code relating to real estate appraisers; making provisions of this Act
severable; and generally relating to the licensing, certification, and regulation of
real estate appraisers under the Commission.
