AN ACT concerning

Natural Resources Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System

FOR the purpose of authorizing members of the Natural Resources Law Enforcement
Officers' Pension System to elect a reduced retirement allowance in certain
optional forms; altering the application of certain alternate provisions concerning
the calculation of a retirement allowance, cost of living adjustments, and member
contributions; altering the criteria for a certain death benefit to include under
certain circumstances a member whose death occurred in the performance of duty
regardless of the number of years of service; and generally relating to the Natural
Resources Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System.
