AN ACT concerning

Pensions - Vested Retirement Allowance - Credit for Unused Sick Leave

FOR the purpose of granting creditable service under certain retirement and pension
systems for unused sick leave to certain members who terminate employment for
reasons other than retirement prior to a certain date; providing retroactive
benefits for unused sick leave credit to certain members who began receiving a
deferred allowance during a certain time; making technical and stylistic changes;
and generally relating to unused sick leave credit under certain retirement and
pension systems.
