otherwise participating in its activities.

12-207.

A person [who acts in good faith and within the scope of the jurisdiction of the
Board is not civilly liable] SHALL HAVE THE IMMUNITY FROM LIABILITY
DESCRIBED UNDER TITLE 5, SUBTITLE 3 § 5-390 OF THE COURTS AND
JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS ARTICLE for giving information to the Board or
otherwise participating in its activities.

13-208.

A person [who acts in good faith and within the scope of the jurisdiction of the
Board is not civilly liable] SHALL HAVE THE IMMUNITY FROM LIABILITY
DESCRIBED UNDER TITLE 5, SUBTITLE 3 § 5-391 OF THE COURTS AND
JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS ARTICLE for giving information to the Board or
otherwise participating in its activities.

14-511.

(a) [A person who acts without malice is not civilly liable for] IF A PERSON IS
A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OR A LEGALLY AUTHORIZED AGENT OF THE
BOARD AND IS investigating, prosecuting, participating in a hearing, or otherwise
acting on an allegation of a ground for Board action made to the Board or the Faculty,
[if that person is a member of the Board or a legally authorized agent of the Board]
THE PERSON SHALL HAVE THE IMMUNITY FROM LIABILITY DESCRIBED
UNDER TITLE 5, SUBTITLE 3 § 5-392(B) OF THE COURTS AND JUDICIAL
PROCEEDINGS ARTICLE.

(b) A person who [acts without malice is not civilly liable for making] MAKES
an allegation of a ground for Board action to the Board or the Faculty SHALL HAVE
THE IMMUNITY FROM LIABILITY DESCRIBED UNDER TITLE 5, SUBTITLE 3
§ 5-392(C) OF THE COURTS AND JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS ARTICLE.

IMMUNITY FROM LIABILITY DESCRIBED UNDER TITLE 5, SUBTITLE 3 $
