6-207.

A person [who acts in good faith and within the scope of the jurisdiction of the
Board is not civilly liable] SHALL HAVE THE IMMUNITY FROM LIABILITY
DESCRIBED UNDER TITLE 5, SUBTITLE 3 § 5-384 OF THE COURTS AND
JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS ARTICLE for giving information to the Board or
otherwise participating in its activities.

7-207.

A person [who acts in good faith and within the scope of the jurisdiction of the
Board is not civilly liable] SHALL HAVE THE IMMUNITY FROM LIABILITY
DESCRIBED UNDER TITLE 5, SUBTITLE 3 § 5-385 OF THE COURTS AND
JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS ARTICLE for giving information to the Board or
otherwise participating in its activities.

7-506.

(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, the following applies:

(1) If a nursing administrator, registered nurse, or licensed practical nurse
knows of an action or condition that might be grounds for action under § 7-313 of this
title, the nursing administrator, registered nurse, or licensed practical nurse shall report
the action or condition to the Board; and

(2) An individual [who acts without malice is not civilly liable] SHALL
HAVE THE IMMUNITY FROM LIABILITY DESCRIBED UNDER TITLE 5,
SUBTITLE 3
§ 5-386 OF THE COURTS AND JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS
ARTICLE for making a report as require'd by THIS subsection [(a) of this section].

8-207.
