10-620.

(a) Any riparian owner who owns the required amount of shoreline [, his] OR
THE OWNER'S lessee, licensee, or assignee shall have the sole right to hunt from a
boat or floating blind, gunning rig, or [he] THE OWNER, LESSEE, LICENSEE, OR
ASSIGNEE may body boot in an area which [he] THE OWNER, LESSEE,
LICENSEE, OR ASSIGNEE has protected by licensed stationary blind or blind site.

(b) A riparian owner who owns less than the required amount of shoreline[, his]
OR THE OWNER'S lessee, licensee, or assignee, who obtains a license, has the sole
right to hunt from any boat or floating blind tied or anchored at a blind site or [he]
THE OWNER, LESSEE, LICENSEE, OR ASSIGNEE may body boot at the site even
though [it] THE SITE is less than 250 yards from the adjoining owner. However, the
blind site may not be less than 300 yards from any previously licensed stationary blind or
blind site. [He] THE OWNER, LESSEE, LICENSEE, OR ASSIGNEE has the same
rights relating to stationary blinds as a riparian owner who owns the required amount of
land if [he] THE OWNER, LESSEE, LICENSEE, OR ASSIGNEE first obtains written
permission from each shoreowner having a total continuous shore frontage along the
required amount of shoreline.

10-621.

A person may not enter, use, or occupy any other person's licensed stationary
blind or blind site or anchor at or tie to any other person's licensed stake for the
purpose of hunting wild waterfowl or for any other purpose without first obtaining the
written permission of the licensee, which [he] THE PERSON shall possess at the time
entry or use is made. The licensee may institute proceedings and prosecute any person
who violates the provisions of this section.

10-622.

(a) For the purposes of this section the part of the St. Mary's River above
Seminary Point, described in the Department [rules and] regulations, shall be known as
the "St. Mary's River Wild Fowl Sanctuary, " referred to in this section as "the
Sanctuary. "

(b) The Department shall control and supervise the Sanctuary and may make
[rules and] regulations for [its] THE SANCTUARY'S supervision. The Department
may patrol the Sanctuary and enforce the provisions of this section and any [rule or]
regulation which [it] THE DEPARTMENT adopts.

(c) A person may not hunt or attempt to hunt any wild waterfowl within the
boundaries of the Sanctuary, except as permitted by [rule or] regulation of the
Department. When within the Sanctuary boundaries, a person may not possess any
contrivance designed for hunting wild waterfowl, except as permitted by [rule or]
regulation of the Department.

10-623.

(a) For the purpose of this [section] SECTION, any part of the Chesapeake Bay
within the following lines shall be known as the "Susquehanna [Flats, "] FLATS" and
