(g) Subject to the provisions of § 10-612(i) OF THIS SUBTITLE, in the waters
of Talbot County, a person may not hunt from a gunning rig, except in the Chesapeake
Bay and Eastern Bay.

10-609.

[(a)] A person may not use a licensed gunning rig measuring less than 16 feet in
length or 20 inches in height, at the lowest point, in the following waters:

(1) The Susquehanna [Flats] FLATS, as defined in § 10-623 OF THIS
SUBTITLE!. ];

(2) The Elk and Sassafras rivers in Cecil County[.]; AND

(3) The Chincoteague Bay, Sinepuxent Bay, Isle of Wight, Assawoman
[Bay] BAY, and their respective tributaries in Worcester County.

10-610.

(a) A person may hunt from a boat or floating blind on days and in open areas
of the Chesapeake Bay and the Potomac River below the Morgantown Bridge as the
Department prescribes by [rule or] regulation.

10-611.

(a) A person may hunt wild waterfowl by body booting in the tidal waters of
Harford County and Cecil County and in the tidal waters of the State in areas and on
days the Department prescribes by [rule or] regulation.

(e) In the tidal waters of the State, other than in Cecil or Harford counties,
where the Department permits body booting, a rig may not be permitted closer than
1, 200 yards off any privately or State-owned [shoreline] SHORELINE, except as
provided in § 10-620 OF THIS SUBTITLE.

10-612.

(b) Except as provided in subsection (c) of this section, a license for a stationary
blind or blind site in the water in front of riparian property shall be issued in
accordance with the following schedule of priorities.
