It is the intent of the General Assembly that these reductions may be allocated among
the programs in each agency.

SECTION 24. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Fiscal Year 1991
appropriations made in Section 1 to the programs listed below shall be reduced by the
amounts indicated for the purpose of reducing the salaries of the constitutional officers
in accordance with House Joint Resolution 7.
