(I) FROM THE DATE OF RECORDING IN THE CIVIL
JUDGMENT INDEX AS PRESCRIBED UNDER PARAGRAPH (2) OF THIS
SUBSECTION; AND

(II) ON REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE COUNTY OF
RECORDING, WHETHER RECORDED IN THE COUNTY OF ENTRY OR IN
ANOTHER COUNTY UNDER MARYLAND RULE 2-623(A).

(4) UNLESS COMPLETE RESTITUTION HAS BEEN PAID,
TERMINATION OF RESTITUTION OR PROBATION BY A COURT DOES NOT
AFFECT A JUDGMENT ENTERED UNDER THIS SECTION.

Article 31B - Patuxent Institution

11B.

IF PAROLE OR WORK RELEASE HAS BEEN GRANTED BY THE BOARD
OF REVIEW, AND THE COURT HAS ORDERED RESTITUTION AS PART OF
THE SENTENCE OR AS A CONDITION OF PROBATION, THE BOARD OF
REVIEW SHALL REQUIRE THE ELIGIBLE PERSON TO MAKE RESTITUTION
PAYMENTS WHILE ON PAROLE OR WORK RELEASE AS A CONDITION OF
PAROLE OR WORK RELEASE.

Article 41 - Governor - Executive and Administrative Departments

4-518.

(A) IF PAROLE HAS BEEN GRANTED BY THE PAROLE COMMISSION,
AND THE COURT HAS ORDERED RESTITUTION AS PART OF THE
SENTENCE OR AS A CONDITION OF PROBATION, THE PAROLE
COMMISSION SHALL REQUIRE AN INMATE TO MAKE RESTITUTION
PAYMENTS WHILE ON PAROLE AS A CONDITION OF PAROLE.

(B) EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN SUBSECTION (C) OF THIS SECTION, A
PARDON, PARTIAL PARDON, CONDITIONAL PARDON, COMMUTATION OF
SENTENCE, OR PAROLE MAY NOT AFFECT ANY JUDGMENT ENTERED
UNDER ARTICLE 27, § 640 OF THE CODE.

(C) IF THE GOVERNOR ORDERS A PARDON AND STATES AS A PART
OF THE ORDER THAT THE DEFENDANT WAS CONVICTED IN ERROR, THE
ORDER HAS THE EFFECT OF DISCHARGING ANY JUDGMENT AGAINST
THE DEFENDANT UNDER ARTICLE 27, § 640 OF THE CODE.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall apply to
any Order of Restitution issued by a court on or after July 1, 1989.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That if any provision of this
Act or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid for any
reason in a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity does not affect other
provisions or any other application of this Act which can be given effect without the
