AN ACT concerning

Queen Anne's County - Board of License Commissioners

FOR the purpose of providing that in Queen Anne's County the finding of probation
without a verdict before judgment for certain alleged violations of an alcoholic
beverages licensee or employee of the licensee is not a bar to a proceeding
brought by the Board of License Commissioners; and generally relating to the
Queen Anne's County Board of License Commissioners and alleged sales
violations of a licensee or employee of a licensee.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

(a) (1) A licensee under the provisions of this article, or any of his employees,
may not sell or furnish any alcoholic beverages at any time to a person under 21 years
of age, either for his own use or for the use of any other person, or to any person who,
