PROCEEDING IN THIS STATE, A COURT OF THIS STATE MAY NOT
INTERVENE EXCEPT:

(1) IF PERMITTED BY THIS SUBTITLE AND THE STATUTES AND
LAW LAWS INCORPORATED BY THIS SUBTITLE; OR

(III) DENYING APPLICATION TO COMPEL ARBITRATION;

(IV) CONFIRMING OR DENYING CONFIRMATION OF AN
AWARD OR PARTIAL AWARD; OR

(V) MODIFYING, CORRECTING, OR VACATING AN AWARD;

(2) AN INTERLOCUTORY ORDER GRANTING, CONTINUING, OR
MODIFYING AN INJUNCTION AGAINST ARBITRATION; OR

(3) A FINAL DECISION WITH RESPECT TO AN ARBITRATION
THAT IS SUBJECT TO THIS SUBTITLE.
