This was the Maryland editionn of the proceedings of the Stamp Act Congress, Oct 7-25, 1765. Its publica-
tion was advertised in Maryland Gazette for Sept. 11, 1766.

Relates to the forming of "Sons of Liberty" organizations in other counties to oppose the Stamp Act, and
calls a general meeting for March 31, 1766.
