Which was adopted and sent to the Senate.

Mr. Maxwell presented the claim of the Improved Order
of Red Men, for the use of their hall by the Senate;

Which was referred to the committee on claims of both
Houses.

Mr. Morgan, from the committee on Claims, reported fa-
vorably upon the bill entitled, an act to pay Samuel Jack-
son a certain sum of money for filling an order under a reso-
lution of the General Assembly ;

Which was read the first time, and by special order, was
put upon its second reading.

Being upon its second reading,

Mr. Legg moved to refer the bill to the next General As-
sembly.
The yeas and nays were ordered, appeared as follow:
