appointing John M. Robinson, to confer with the
Governor relative to the arming of free negroes on
the State line, and read a first time, 68 ; reported

day of March, 1860, duly elected to said office,
and to repeal the 6th and 7th sections of Article
XXIInd of the code of Public General Laws,
64 ; bill reported, read a first and second time,
103 ; memorial of A. Lingan Jarrett, referred to
Judiciary committee, 215 ; bill read a third time
and passed, 281; returned from the Senate, pass-
ed, 306.

Report of the committee on Claims in relation
to their examination of the books and vouchers in
the offices of the Treasurer and Comptroller under
an order of the House at the session of 1860, ac-
cepted, 173.

Senate bill, supplement to the act of 1860, ch.
282, to authorize the, to adjust and settle the ac-
counts of the inspection of grain in Baltimore city
declaratory of the meaning of said act, 231 ; re-
