Also, leave was granted to the Baltimore city delegation
to introduce a bill to amend sections 944 and 945 of article 4
of the Public Local Laws, in regard to the public wharves of
the city of Baltimore;

Also, leave was granted to the Baltimore city delegation to
introduce a bill to provide for the collection of arrears of
taxes in the city of Baltimore, and to extend the time of limi-
tations in regard thereto;

Also, leave was granted to the Judiciary committee to in-
troduce a bill to define the location of personal property sub-
ject to taxation.

Mr. Chaplain offered the following:

Ordered, that when the House adjourns, it be to meet
at 10 1-2 o'clock, A. M., everyday, unless otherwsse ordered;

Which was adopted.

Mr. Mackubin offered the following:

Ordered, that the committee on Claims be and they are
hereby directed to pay the postage account of the Legislature;

Which was adopted.

On motion of Mr. Gordon,

Leave was granted to the Allegany county delegation to
introduce a bill for the collection of taxes in Allegany county.

On motion of Mr. Briscoe,

Leave was granted to the Judiciary committe to introduce
a bill to enlarge the authority of the County Commissioners
of this State.

On motion of Mr. Chaplain,

Leave was granted the committee on Military Affairs to
introduce a bill to amend section T, of article 8, of the Code
of Public General Laws.

Mr. Briscoe submitted the following:

Gentlemen of the Senate:

The House of Delegates propose with the concurrence of
the Senate the appointment of a joint committee of the two
Houses, to consist of three on the part of the House and two
