Also, the bill entitled, an act to amend article XXIX of
the Code of Public General Laws, by adding thereto a sec-
tion extending the lien, on judgments to leasehold interests in
land;

Endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays."

Also, the bill entitled, an act to repeal 41, 42,43, 46, 47, 48
and 112 sections of article LXIII, of the Code of Public General
Laws, and sections 741, 742, 743 of article IV of the Code
of Public Local Laws of this Slate, in relation to the uni-
formed and ununiformed militia and volunteer force in the
several counties of this State, and in the city of Baltimore
and the reclamation, custody, .control and redelivery of arms
heretofore delivered to the officers and men under them;
and to add to the said article LXIII of the Code of Public
General Laws a section providing for the prevention and sus-
pension of proceedings upon bonds heretofore given under
the laws of this Siate for the return of such arms;

Endorsed, "passed by yeas .and nays,"
With the following amendment:

In 1st section after the word "article" in the second line,
insert "5th section of article VIII."

Also, amend the title at the end of first line after the word
"article," and insert "and the 5th section of article VIII."

The amendments were then adopted.
Mr. Wallis offered .the following.:

Ordered, That the sergeant-at-arms notify all absentees
whom he can possibly notify, to-be in this House-on Monday
at 1 o'clock p. m., on pain of such fine as the House may im-
pose for default, and that the sergeant-at-arms arrest and bring
with him all such members, as shall decline to promise to at-
tend as aforesaid, and further, that all members to-day in at-
tendance attend on Monday subject to penalty as aforesaid for
default;

Which was adopted.

On motion of Mr. Salmon,

At 14 o'clock the House adjourned, until Monday at 1 1/2
o'clock, P. M.
