STATE OF MARYLAND, To WIT :

The House of Delegates of Maryland met in Extra Session,
at 1 o'clock this day, at the Court House, at Frederick city,
in obedience to the Proclamation of the Governor.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates proceeded to call the
roll, when the following members answered to their names:

St. Mary's County—Clarke J. Durant, George H. Morgan.
Kent County—Philip F. Rasin, Albert Medders.
Calvert County—James T. Briscoe, Benjamin Parran.

Baltimore County—Thos. C. Worthington, Robert M. Deni-
son, Leonard J. Quinlan.

Talbot County—J. Lawrence Jones, Alexander Chaplain.

Somerset County—James U. Dennis, E Iward Long, Wil-
