On motion of Mr. Pitts,

The House took up for consideration the Senate bill entitled,
a further additional supplement to an act entitled, an act to
establish and incorporate a Medical and Chirurgical Faculty
or Society in the State of Maryland, with proposed amend-
ment.

Amendment proposed by Senate,

Strike out in the 4th line of first section the word " such,"
and insert the words " any ten;"

The question recurring upon the adoption of the amend-
ment, it was concurred in, and the bill,.as amended, passed
by yeas and nays, as follow:
