Ordered, That the committee on the Judiciary be instruc-
ted to report a bill amendatory of the stay law passed at the
May session of the General Assembly, so as to require defen-
dants upon executions who seek to avail themselves of the
benefit of said law to give bond with security for the ultimate
satisfaction of said executions;
