ported favorably upon the Senate bill, entitled,

An act to provide for the compensation of William A.
Glanville, for certain services performed by him in promul-
gating a proclamation of the Governor.

On motion of Mr. Mackubin,
The bill was ordered to a second reading.
Being upon its second reading,
Mr. Brining proposed the following amendment:

Section one, line six, strike out the word "fifty" and insert
"twenty-five;"

Which was adopted.
