GENTLEMEN: I respectfully propose to set before the Legis-
lature the Everlasting Gospel and that faith once delivered
to the Saints—naming chapter and verse of the things of the
Kingdom and the name of Jesus Christ.

The time to be consumed will not be more than forty-five
minutes.
