Mr. Burgees, from the committee on Printing, presented
the following
REPORT:
To the honorable the House Delegates:
The committee on Printing beg leave to report to your
honorable body that they have contracted with James Win-
gate for the preparation of an index to the Journal of the
House of Delegates, and for the supervision of the proof
sheets of the same for the sum of one hundred and seventy-
five dollars, said index to be completed within twenty days
after the final adjournment of the General Assembly now
in extra session.
